London Midland Region

Prior to 1990 the London Midland Railway Clubs Association was part of the BRSA (British Railways Staff Association). The new name was adopted when the British Railways Board withdrew financial support from Railway Social Clubs.

The London Midland Railway Clubs Association is self-financing, self-managing and self-supporting.

Membership is open to employees and retired employees of the Railway industry and approved associated undertakings including all privatised Railway Companies.

The London Midland Railway Clubs Association is affiliated to the National Association of Recreational Clubs which comprises social clubs throughout Great Britain.

As a member of the LMR Clubs Association you will be entitled to make use of the amenities of all clubs, subject to local rules.
